Resolution Center

1. PURPOSE

The RetirementProperty.co.za Resolution Centre has been established to assist users, advertisers and service providers in communicating and attempting to resolve concerns relating to transactions, listings, enquiries and services facilitated through the Website.

The Resolution Centre is intended as a voluntary and informal dispute assistance service.

2. ROLE OF RETIREMENTPROPERTY.CO.ZA

RetirementProperty.co.za acts solely as a facilitator of communication.

The Resolution Centre:

  • Is not a court;
  • Is not a tribunal;
  • Is not an arbitrator;
  • Is not a mediator;
  • Does not issue legally binding decisions.

Any assistance provided is offered in good faith and without legal obligation.

3. MATTERS THAT MAY BE REFERRED

Examples include:

  • Listing inaccuracies;
  • Advertising disputes;
  • Enquiry disputes;
  • Booking disputes;
  • Refund requests;
  • Alleged misrepresentations;
  • Service complaints;
  • User complaints;
  • Advertiser complaints.

4. SUBMISSION OF A DISPUTE

Parties must provide:

  • Full details of the dispute;
  • Relevant dates;
  • Supporting documentation;
  • Copies of communications;
  • Any other evidence requested.

Incomplete submissions may be declined.

5. INVESTIGATION PROCESS

RetirementProperty.co.za may:

  • Request further information;
  • Contact involved parties;
  • Review listings;
  • Review communications;
  • Review supporting evidence.

Participation in any investigation is voluntary.

6. POSSIBLE OUTCOMES

Following review, RetirementProperty.co.za may:

  • Provide clarification;
  • Request corrections;
  • Recommend a refund;
  • Recommend settlement;
  • Issue warnings;
  • Suspend listings;
  • Suspend accounts;
  • Remove content.

Any recommendation remains non-binding unless otherwise agreed by the parties.

7. LIMITATION OF RESPONSIBILITY

RetirementProperty.co.za does not guarantee:

  • Resolution of disputes;
  • Recovery of funds;
  • Enforcement of agreements;
  • Satisfaction of any party.

The Resolution Centre is intended only as an administrative support mechanism.

8. RIGHT TO CLOSE CASES

RetirementProperty.co.za reserves the right to close any case where:

  • Insufficient evidence exists;
  • Parties fail to cooperate;
  • The matter falls outside the scope of the Resolution Centre;
  • Legal proceedings have commenced.

9. NO WAIVER OF LEGAL RIGHTS

Use of the Resolution Centre does not limit any party’s legal rights.

Parties remain free to pursue any available legal remedies.

10. AMENDMENTS

These Terms may be amended from time to time and updated versions shall become effective upon publication.
